Objective: To study Chinese medicine Drynaria extract , the icariin natural copper rabbit bone marrow stromal cell proliferation , explore traditional Chinese medicine to promote fracture healing mechanism . Methods: New Zealand White rabbits bone marrow fluid , cultured to separated liquid separation licoll lymphocytes underwent , P2 cells for the study, divided into four groups ( standard medium group to , Drynaria alcohol extract culture group , Epimedium glycosides culture group , natural copper culture group ) were cultured MTT method of its growth curve , measuring the mitotic index , cell morphology was observed by HE staining , line statistical analysis of the results of the measurements . Results: After statistical analysis , Drynaria alcohol extract culture group the icariin training group and the standard medium group there are significant differences , natural copper group with standard medium was no significant difference . Conclusion : of Chinese medicine Drynaria and icariin on the proliferation of bone marrow stromal cells have obvious role in promoting natural copper role in promoting the proliferation of bone marrow stromal cells is not obvious .
