Abstract


The thesis is divided into three chapters . Chapter One : A Literature Review . Summarizes the definition and nature of TCM fingerprint , summed up the role and significance of the study of TCM fingerprint , and Chinese medicine research status quo . Chapter II : Cordyceps medicinal fingerprint. Cordyceps sinensis high performance liquid ( HPLC ) , capillary electrophoresis (CE) fingerprints . Using HPLC and CE combination of methods to study the different components of the Cordyceps can fully reflect the chemical composition of Cordyceps medicinal quality to identify a scientific method and basis , and may provide for the establishment of other herbal medicines fingerprints reference. Chapter III : capillary electrophoresis fingerprints ginseng , and ginseng samples by gas chromatography and headspace gas chromatography fingerprinting preliminary exploration of the quality of identification as ginseng herbs provide a scientific method and basis .
