Abstract


Objective: To study Yiqiyangyin Tongyu Fang clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of diabetic patients with cerebral infarction and to provide a scientific basis for clinical application . METHODS: A randomized , controlled trial . Met the inclusion criteria of the study 60 patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 30 ) and test group (30 cases ) , the premise of the two sets of basic treatment to the control group participate in the seven brain Kang capsule in the treatment of diabetic patients with cerebral infarction , test Tongyu Fang treatment group Yiqiyangyin observed for 28 days . Observe the recovery of neurological deficits before and after treatment changes , daily living skills , TCM syndrome integral , glycosylated hemoglobin , lipids , and adverse reactions . Results: 1 total clinical efficacy comparison : clinical efficacy and TCM Hou efficacy compared two groups were statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) , the treatment group than the control group . TCM Therapeutic comparison: the treatment and control groups in the four weeks after treatment can significantly reduce the patient symptom scores , and the effect of the treatment group than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Neurological deficit integral comparison: the treatment group and the control group after four weeks of treatment could significantly reduce neurologic impairment integral , and the effect of the treatment group than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . 4 , comparison of the activities of daily living : group compared to the experimental group and control group difference in improving the ability of the patient's daily life , and there is a statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Treatment group than the control group in improving the ability of the patient's daily life . 5 , glycosylated hemoglobin comparison : glycosylated hemoglobin test group before and after treatment differences were statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; meaningless control group . Blood lipids : treatment group significantly reduced total blood cholesterol (TCH) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), compared with control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Security comparison : clinical observation of the course of the two groups were not significant adverse reactions . Conclusion : Yiqiyangyin is Tongyu can significantly improve the patient's symptoms and improve the patient 's quality of life , is an ideal drug for the treatment of diabetes and cerebral infarction safe and effective non - toxic side effects .
