Lumbar disc herniation , also known as lumbar anular disruption , lumbar herniated disc psychosis , clinical cause one of the common causes of low back pain and sciatica . The main topic of discussion select Du and Jiaji nine , hole mainly into the fire and fill method acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy studies . 1 Objective To observe the the lumbar nine points mainly into the fire fill needling treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy . 2 methods this topic were randomly divided into two groups of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy observed . Treatment group, the lumbar nine acupoint acupuncture treatment into the fire and fill method , the control group using conventional acupuncture . Treatment time are in for two weeks for a course , and provides time limited to no more than two courses ( 18 days) . 3 results during treatment observation of the patient's symptoms , signs , activities of daily living and level of pain . The results showed that : ( 1 ) in the treatment group improved lumbar disc herniation signs and symptoms than the control group , a statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . (2 ) After treatment, VAS scores contrast , the degree of pain of the treatment group compared with the control group was significantly lower statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . (3) before and after treatment symptom total score contrast , the treatment group compared with the control group , a significant decrease was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . ( 4 ) in the treatment group , 30 cases : clinically cured 19 cases , 11 cases improved , 0 ineffective , the effective rate was 100 % ; conventional group of 30 patients : clinical cure in 10 cases, 18 cases improved , 2 cases , the effective rate of 93.3% . ( 5 ) After treatment, the course of treatment compared with the treatment group compared with the control group, a shorter course of treatment , by t-test : ( P lt; 0.05 ) , there are statistically significant . 4 Conclusion mainly into the fire and fill method acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation lumbar nine points in the overall efficacy , clinical symptoms and signs of improvement are superior to conventional acupuncture group , treatment and symptom improvement treatment group was significantly better than control group. Worthy of further study .
