Abstract

[Objective] To investigate whether early intervention by affecting hypoxic-ischemic brain injury (hypoxic-ischemic brain damage, HIBD) after the number of apoptotic neurons in turn affect brain function restored. [Method] based Bjelke other \According to a randomized block design into HIBD intervention group 15, HIBD non-intervention group 15, the normal intervention group 15, the normal non-intervention group 15. Recognized as an effective early intervention using auditory stimuli in early visual touch and rich environmental stimuli, conducted at 24h after a period of 28d. Non-intervention group conventionally reared, not interfered with. Morris water maze learning and memory tests and short-latency somatosensory evoked potential (short-latency samatosensory evoked potentials, SLSEP) detection of brain function; using nick end labeling (Terminal Deoxynucleotidyl Tranferase Mediated dUTP Bioton Nick End Labeling, TUNEL) detection frontal cortex and apoptosis in hippocampal CA1 neurons and hippocampal CA1 neurons electron microscope morphological changes of apoptosis. Statistical tests SPSS11.0 statistical software package for processing. [Results] a water maze test results normal intervention group than the other three groups better, P <0.05. HIBD intervention group and normal non-intervention group, no difference, P> 0.05, HIBD non-intervention group than in the intervention group HIBD difference, P <0.05. 2 SLSEP tests showed, HIBD non-intervention group were N1 wave latency, P1-N1 peak interval was significantly prolonged, P <0.05. HIBD intervention group with no difference between the normal non-intervention group, P> 0.05, compared with the former shorten the normal non-intervention group was shorter than normal, the intervention group, P <0.05. Four groups P1 wave latency undifferentiated, P> 0.05. 3 TUNEL test results, four rats frontal cortex, hippocampus nerve cells apoptosis was significantly different, P <0.05. HIBD non-intervention group 8.00 and 9.00 / mm ~ 2, significantly more than the intervention group HIBD 5.00 and 6.00 / mm ~ 2, P <0.05. Normal non-intervention group 2.00 and 4.00 / mm ~ 2, more than the normal intervention group 0.00 and 2.00 / mm ~ 2, P <0.05. HIBD intervention group and the difference between non-intervention group also was significant, P lt; 0.01. 4 electron microscope, the hippocampal CAI region showed a typical apoptotic morphological changes seen in neurons. 5 four rats water maze learning and memory, SLSEP results, frontal cortex between the number of apoptotic neurons were twenty-two related. [Conclusion] Early intervention is to promote functional recovery of rat brain HIBD effective means of brain injury can improve nerve conduction function and learning and memory, reduce neurobehavioral sequelae of brain function in normal rats also promoted development. Early intervention may reduce neonatal rats after HIBD through sustained neuronal apoptosis thereby promoting functional recovery of rat brain HIBD.
