Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Yi Qi Tong Luo Fang of chemotherapy induced peripheral neurotoxicity , explore new ideas, new methods to treat this disease . Method : the selected chemotherapy the peripheral neurotoxicity patients as subjects, Chinese medicine Yi Qi Tong Luo Fang Shuijianbi , morning and evening , once every 10 days for an observation period . Self-control observation with reference to the grading standards compare treatment before and after the signs and symptoms , medication dropped to 0 for the Cure , down a more effective than before treatment , no improvement is invalid . Results : 40 patients , 33 patients with peripheral nerve toxicity grading decreased ; 82.5 % ( 33 / 40 ), the cure rate of 47.5% (19 /40 ) ; effective evaluation criteria onset time of 5.95 ± 1.96 Tian , after treatment, the surrounding nerve toxicity symptoms the duration was significantly shortened , there are significant with difference ( p- lt ; 0.01 ) , after treatment, mainly related symptoms average integral significantly lower than before treatment , there are significant with difference ( p- lt ; 0.01 ) . Conclusion : Chinese medicine Qi Tongluo may reduce chemotherapy induced peripheral neurotoxicity , can alleviate clinical symptoms , improve quality of life of patients and should be further research on the clinical validation of its application in the treatment of chemotherapy- induced peripheral neurotoxicity .
