Abstract


Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Parkinson's disease (PD) , the Phlegm Delicate pill treatment Phlegm wind acting and explore its mechanism . Method : ages 45-75 years old cases 70 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group of 35 patients in the control group ( 35 cases ) . Control group to the the Madopar oral treatment , the treatment group in the Following to the original Madopar amount oral treatment basis , at the same time I treatment of Phlegm Delicate pill . 3 months for a course, after a course of treatment , the two groups compared to the situation of the Unified PD Rating Scale (UPDRS) score and the score difference changes and changes in Chinese disease . Results: Unified PD Rating Scale (UPDRS) scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment and rated the difference between change and Chinese disease changes , the difference was statistically significant (p lt; 0.01 or p lt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: the Phlegm Delicate Maruka Madopar treatment of Parkinson's disease with a single spirit Madopar treatment compared to patients can be significantly improved behavior and mood , activities of daily living , motor function , and Chinese disease entry and drug side effects , safe and reliable .
