Objective: This study aimed at understanding the adenomyosis ( AD ) and the contact between the variety of suspicious pathogenic factors , explore the relevance and adenomyosis TCM constitution . Methods: The clinical data of 150 cases of adenomyosis patients and 150 healthy women to investigate the establishment of relevant databases , using SPSS statistical analysis of the information obtained , to come to the incidence of the disease - related factors and predisposition . Results: ( 1 ) the findings by two groups of related risk factors statistical analysis, derived patient group in the bad emotions , menorrhagia , menstrual extended history of primary dysmenorrhea , cesarean section, uterine operating history , the uterus fibroids and history of breast hyperplasia was significantly higher than that in the control group , the difference was significant ( P lt ; 0.01 ) in education , mental , diet partial addicted to spicy cold , early menstruation , history of IUD were also significantly higher than that in the control group , the difference was significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; late menstruation ( P lt ; 0.05 ) and partial addicted to diet sweet , after a few months , to shorten the menstrual ( P lt ; 0.01 ) is significantly less in the control group , the difference was statistically significant. In patients with adenomyosis , blood stasis , qi deficiency , qi quality and damp-heat were significantly higher than the other physical , blood stasis is the primary predisposition of adenomyosis , accounting for 34.7 % of those surveyed % . Conclusion: the incidence of adenomyosis and education , mental , diet partial addicted to spicy cold , bad emotions , early menstruation , menorrhagia , menstruation , history of primary dysmenorrhea , cesarean section , uterine operation history , history of IUD , uterine fibroids , and a history of breast hyperplasia was positively associated with partial addicted to diet sweet , late menstruation , after a few months , shorten the menstrual period was a negative correlation . Clinical investigation , blood stasis is the primary predisposition of adenomyosis .
