Objective: This study aimed at understanding the pathogenesis of adenomyosis relevant factors , and learn to dysmenorrhea main complaint of the quality of life in patients with adenomyosis status . Methods: A case control study of 140 cases of uterine adenomyosis patients and healthy women clinical data for statistical analysis to identify the disease -related factors , while using WHOQOL-BREF scale evaluation of 80 cases of uterine adenomyosis dysmenorrhea quality of life in patients understand the situation affect their quality of life factors. Results: 1 through line χ2 test and t test to identify patients in the control group was statistically significant difference between the relevant factors, drawn with mental illness adenomyosis , weight emphasis , menorrhagia , menstrual extension , primary dysmenorrhea , cesarean section , multiple uterine operations, IUD , uterine fibroids and hyperplasia were positively correlated. And late menstruation , after a few months was a negative correlation . 2 adenomyosis dysmenorrhea patients on their own quality of life and health evaluation score lower than objective evaluation of subjective evaluation . Pain, poor sleep quality , sexual satisfaction and living environment on the health effects of low scores . Conclusions : 1. Summarizes adenomyosis 10 kinds of risk factors and two kinds of protective factors . 2 adenomyosis Quality of life in patients with dysmenorrhea, lower middle , self- evaluation of health and quality of life is poor.
