Abstract


Objective:To research the clinical treatment effect of the traditional Chinese medicine called Chang Ning Zhi Xie herbal soup which is used to treat the diarrhea prominent irritable bowel syndrome of deficiency of spleen-qi.Methods:60 patients of the diarrhea prominent irritable bowel syndrome were divided randomly into two groups.30 cases with Chang Ning Zhi Xie herbal soup were taken as observation group, another 30 cases treated with Zhu Ya Liao Zhi Xie granula were taken as control group. All patients were treated 4 weeks. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms in all the patients before and after treatment.Result:Compared with control group, the observation group has obvious effect on improving the clinical symptoms. Conclusion:Chang Ning Zhi Xie herbal soup has the effect of improving the clinical symptoms. This study enriches the theory of TCM treating the diarrhea prominent irritable bowel syndrome and affirms the clinical curative effect of Chang Ning Zhi Xie herbal soup.
