Abstract


Objective: To observe the self Yin Yin Chinese proprietary heat treating kidney and blood of chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) clinical efficacy and effects on liver and kidney function , blood soup nourishing yin explore the efficacy of the treatment CAA mechanism . Methods: 30 cases of TCM syndrome of kidney chronic aplastic anemia patients were randomly divided into observation group ( Yin and blood Tonga cyclosporine plus stanozolol ) and control group ( cyclosporine plus stanozolol ) for two group of patients with clinical efficacy, peripheral blood and comparison of the effects on liver and kidney function . Results: TCM 's efficiency: The total effective rate was observed ( clinical cure markedly effective ) 86.67% , significantly better than the control group, 66.66% (P lt; 0.05); mean platelet Views: observation group (5.5 ± 1.1) significantly less than the control group (8.6 ± 1.3) (P lt; 0.05); peripheral blood comparison (WBC, HB, PLT count ) : Before treatment, there was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), after treatment in both groups increased, but increased significantly in the observation group , the two groups were significantly different (P lt; 0.05); adverse Reactions : Through liver after treatment , renal function was observed , there was no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05), proved Yin decoction on liver and kidney function and blood no obvious toxic effects. Conclusion : Yin and blood soup can significantly improve kidney patients with aplastic anemia syndromes and peripheral blood , especially TCM improvement is most evident ; can significantly reduce the number of platelet transfusions ; does not increase the liver , kidney damage . Description treating kidney yin and blood of chronic aplastic anemia is safe and effective .
