Abstract


Objective: To observe Shu Tianning particles intervention effect on migraine patients ' quality of life and to analyze the mechanism of choice of treatment for migraine and Clinical Evaluation of reference . Methods : 60 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group and Sibelium capsule control group of Shu Tianning particles Benghazi Billings capsules for 8 weeks . Before and after treatment were quality of life evaluation and headache index score , comparing two treatment regimens on the improvement of the quality of life of patients . Results: The total effective rate was 93.33 % , 86.67% of the total efficiency of the control group , two groups had significant difference ( P lt ; 0.01 ) Treatment group eight dimensions of quality of life showed significant improvement ( P lt ; 0.01 ) , only the physiological functions of the control group , body pain, general health , vitality significant improvement ( P lt ; 0.01 ) in four dimensions , the treatment group seven dimensions in addition to the physiological function ( P gt ; 0.05 ) improvement than the control group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Various symptoms associated with treatment group showed significant improvement ( P lt ; 0.01 ) , while the control group the vertigo only a significant improvement ( P lt ; 0.01 ) Conclusion: Shu Tianning particles can improve the quality of life of migraine patients , a significant clinical effect . Its mechanism of action and significantly reduce the symptoms of patients with headache and improving associated symptoms related .
