Objective:Through research of this topic to explain with Experimental Lesions of acne pathology of rabbits, the initial fire revealed the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of acne, acne treatment for the fire, the clinical efficacy of acupuncture to provide an objective basis.Methods:24 male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely, fire acupuncture group, positive control group, model control group, normal control group.14 days after modeling, fire to fire needle acupuncture treatment group. Positive control group were given clindamycin phosphate gel 0.5g evenly applied to the affected area. Model control group, normal control group without any treatment. Fire acupuncture group treatment in the last 5 days (the rest of the group 24 hours after the-last administration) the animals were sacrificed and then remove the skin ear applicator full-thickness, routine pathological observations were made on each rabbit and the naked eye biopsy was cut lesions in histological changes observed under light microscope.Results:Control group:auricular surface of the skin structural integrity of the stratified squamous epithelial cells without edema, degeneration, necrosis, proliferation, and atrophy and ulceration. Deep hair follicles, sebaceous glands and sweat glands without a special disease organizations. Structural integrity of vascular endothelial cells, no swelling, degeneration, necrosis and proliferation, wall and surrounding tissue without inflammation. Model control group:rabbit ear model group stratified squamous epithelial surface of the skin thickening, was funnel-shaped expansion of some hair follicles, hair follicle hyperkeratosis, follicle wall damage, peripheral inflammatory cells infiltration. Sebaceous gland hyperplasia. Part of the ear appeared focal interstitial small abscess or acute inflammation, inflammation with telangiectasia, vascular endothelial cell structural integrity, no swelling, degeneration, necrosis and hyperplasia. Fire acupuncture group:The model group, the auricular surface of the skin thickened stratified squamous epithelium reduced hair follicle expansion, within the hair follicle hyperkeratosis had been improved, interstitial congestion and infiltration of inflammatory cells disappeared. Sebaceous gland hyperplasia is not obvious. Positive control group:pathology and treatment of this group were similar, deep sebaceous glands and sweat gland tissue without specific pathological changes.Conclusions:1. The treatment group and model group animals skin lesions was slightly reduced compared with model group, there are differences in pathology.2. Fire acupuncture group and the positive control group on acne treatment no significant difference in pathology.3. Fire needle through the improvement of acne lesions of the pathological changes in the local play on acne treatment
