Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huangqijianzhong decoction for treatment of the stomach Deficiency recurrent oral ulcers . Methods: 80 patients diagnosed with recurrent oral ulcers were randomly divided into treatment group of 40 patients in the control group of 40 patients . The treatment group to be Huangqijianzhong Treating ; control group received oral vitamin B2, vitamin C tablets, levamisole treatment . Were treated for 5 days. Medication for five days were referral , adverse reactions observed in patients with clinical symptoms and signs , record the total efficiency before and after treatment , the main symptoms improved , and signs , relapse , security and other indicators to evaluate , compare two drugs efficacy and safety ; followed lesions clinical recovery within 3 months and markedly cases of ulcer recurrence , the long-term efficacy of the two drugs . Results: 1. TCM syndrome and oral lesions clinical efficacy total effective rate in the treatment group were 92.50% , 87.50% , and the control group were 62.50% , 65.00% . Two groups of syndromes and the overall efficacy of oral lesions , there were differences ( p < 0.05 ) , prompt Huangqijianzhong Treating Deficiency recurrent oral ulcers overall efficacy than the control group . 2 groups after treatment of oral lesions , systemic clinical symptoms and signs than before treatment were improved ( p < 0.05 ) than the control group and the treatment group to improve the overall effect of recurrent oral ulcers in patients with clinical symptoms and signs . ( 3 ) before and after treatment syndrome classification , there were differences ( p < 0.05 ) , the two drugs can improve patient syndrome , the treatment group than the control group . 4 treatment group, the recurrence rate was 17.65% , the recurrence rate was 33.33% of the control group , the recurrence rate of the two groups was significant difference ( p lt ; 0.05 ) , the treatment group in control of oral ulcer recurrence than the control group . The two drugs had no significant effect on blood, urine, stool routine and heart, liver, kidney function . Conclusion: Huangqijianzhong decoction in the treatment of the Deficiency recurrent oral ulcers in patients with efficacy , prompt spleen Qi, the the sweet warm yang method chosen Huangqijianzhong soup by the addition and subtraction is the treatment of recurrent oral stomach Deficiency one of the effective prescription of ulcer .
