Abstract


Objective: To observe the the Zhao thunderbolt moxibustion moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of the clinical efficacy of spleen and stomach Qi functional dyspepsia . Spleen and stomach Qi FD patients Methods: 65 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the Zhao Fire Acupuncture treatment group and the ordinary moxibustion control group , treatment group, 33 patients in the control group of 32 patients . The treatment group received Zhao thunderbolt moxibustion with acupuncture treatment and control group was given ordinary moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment lasted four weeks , observed before and after treatment main clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome integral indicator changes to make Evaluation . Results: (1 ) Before treatment, baseline data (age, duration of disease, gender) comparable ; (2) TCM symptoms and efficacy of the treatment group and the control group there was a significant difference ( p lt ; 0.05 ) , the treatment group than the control group . (3) the treatment group and the control group compared the improvement of clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome were significantly different ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , the treatment group than the control group . The January two groups NDI symptom score (4) after the end of treatment and symptom scores were significantly different ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , the treatment group than the control group . Conclusion: Zhao Fire Acupuncture treatment group, and ordinary moxibustion control group in the treatment of spleen and stomach Qi functional dyspepsia treatment group than the control group .
