Abstract


Objective: research pestle needle therapy intervention effect of sub-health state ; TTM technology to objectively evaluate the sub-health effect of pestle pin therapies intervention , as traditional Chinese medicine, \METHODS: A randomized , controlled clinical research methods . Will meet the standard of sub-health diagnosis 80 subjects were randomly divided to pestle acupuncture group and the massage group , each group had 40 cases of intervention and control group shedding one cases . Each group two weeks treatment intervention , intervention once a day , the intervention five times a week , weekend breaks . Observed and analyzed before and after the intervention the pestle acupuncture group and massage group sub-health state changes , and to compare the efficacy . Results: ( 1 ) Two groups of subjects baseline analysis comparable. ( 2) the pestle acupuncture group and massage group to improve the sub-health are valid (P lt; 0.05); pestle acupuncture group and the efficacy of massage therapy group after the intervention : sub ratings to improve the level , the difference had statistical significance ( P lt ; 0.05 ); human sub Grading scale evaluation Cornell Medical Index Evaluation comparison, the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; pestle pin group and the massage group the TTM health data evaluation after the intervention , quality of sleep and psychological the comparison of the pressure , the difference was statistically significant ( p lt; 0.05 ) ; TTM data Du comparison of this indicator , the difference was not statistically significant ( P gt ; 0.05) . Pestle needle group than the massage group . (3) the security aspects , the records were no adverse events . Conclusion: The exact the pestle Intervention subhealth efficacy , simple , and has a strong operational and promotional value .
