Abstract


Objective To study the electrical stimulation of different points on the healthy rabbits urination bladder pressure peaks . Filter adjustment the rabbit bladder pressure optimum acupuncture points . This study, self-controlled experimental methods , select the full three years, Shenshu, bladder Yu Liao , Venezuela , springs , Yanglingquan first lumbar spinous process adjacent to open approximately 1.5cm at the 5th lumbar spine sudden adjacent to open approximately 1.5cm at the first sacral spinous process adjacent to open about 0.5cm , 3 sacral spinous process adjacent to open about 0.5cm , about 0.5cm at the fourth sacral spinous process adjacent to open healthy New Zealand white rabbits implementation of acupuncture and connect the electro-acupuncture device the EA parameters take voltage 0.4mV high - frequency continuous wave , continuous stimulation until the end of the experiment . Peak bladder pressure were measured before and after the EA rabbit urination . Results (1) bladder Yu Ciliao , 3 sacral spinous process adjacent to open approximately 0.5cm from the fourth sacral spinous process adjacent to open about 0.5cm at EA rabbits voiding bladder pressure peak than EA before showing a downward trend , the remaining Point Acupuncture bladder pressure peak impact no significant change in trend , in addition to the fourth sacral spinous process adjacent to open approximately 0.5cm from the outside , all Point Acupuncture rabbits voiding bladder pressure peaks EA ago difference was not statistically significant ( P gt ; 0.05 ) (2) electrical stimulation times mash peak bladder pressure drop than electrical stimulation shen , electrical stimulation times mash with urinary bladder after bladder pressure peak showed a similar downward trend . Shenshu first lumbar spinous process adjacent to open approximately 1.5cm at the 5th lumbar spinous process adjacent to open approximately 1.5cm at the role of different trends , about 0.5cm at Ciliao 3 sacral spinous process adjacent to open , 4 sacral spinous process adjacent to open about 0.5cm at approximately the the peak downward trend of the bladder pressure , bladder pressure peak comparing the difference between different points before and after acupuncture was no significant difference ( P GT ; 0.05 ) Conclusion electro-acupuncture stimulation can not be changed in normal rabbits during urination bladder pressure peak , no difference between different points on the normal rabbit bladder voiding pressure peaks .
