Abstract

[Objective] through the use of relatively standardized herbal fumigation proposed method of operation of hemorrhoids postoperative clinical application and efficacy of observation and objective evaluation of herbal fumigation practices, thereby enhancing the the traditional herbal fumigation therapy clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction and further promote the use of, and better for human health services. [Method] A randomized, parallel-controlled design, 60 patients with hemorrhoids postoperative patients (damp) were randomly divided into test group and the control group and the normal control group, 20 patients in each. Relatively standardized test group were prepared herbal fumigation Fumigation control group using traditional Chinese medicine fumigation fumigation, the conventional control group 1:200 aqueous solution of povidone-iodine conventional fumigation. Three groups of postoperative wound local pain, edema, hemorrhage, bulge, juicing and wound healing time as the main outcome measures, combined with the patient self-assessment and asked to observe the relevant indicators to quantify the rating, and record the corresponding sub- values. Collected uniformly applied statistical software SPSS13.0 statistical analysis. [Results] After statistical analysis, the test group and the control group of patients with wound local time of the disappearance of the symptoms of pain, edema, hemorrhage, bulge, exudate, wound healing time and edema were lower than the normal control group, the differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). After statistical analysis, the test group and the control group for the first time after the fumigation of the degree of pain and pain compared to the experimental group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); postoperative edema disappeared compared to the experimental group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); postoperative new cases of edema compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05); two groups wound bleeding disappear time compared to the experimental group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); compare two groups of local anal bulge disappear, the experimental group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01 ); two groups of wound exudate compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05); two sets of wound healing time compared to the experimental group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05) . The statistical analysis of the two groups overall clinical efficacy compared test group was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01); two sets of patient satisfaction compared to the experimental group higher, the difference statistics significance (P lt; 0.05). [Conclusion] proposed a relatively standardized herbal fumigation determine the clinical efficacy of the method of operation, superior to conventional fumigation methods of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation methods and 1:200 povidone-iodine aqueous solution, that is, the experimental group were significantly better than the control group and normal control groups.
