Abstract


Objective:To determine phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (phosphoinositide 3-kinase, PI-3K) in simple acute attack of asthma in patients with T lymphocyte expression of protein levels, and to observe it with different syndromes of asthma (cold and hot pant Asthma), the expression level of the similarities and differences to explore the PI-3K as asthma, wheeze with cold TCM-based micro-heat Asthma clinical significance of detection of one of the indicators for asthma, the objective of TCM, standardization, standardization provides a theoretical basis. Methods:In accordance with Respiratory Diseases, Chinese Medical Association will be drawn up in 2002, diagnostic criteria for bronchial asthma, we collected cases of acute episode of bronchial asthma alone,35 cases in the light of the State Drug Administration issued a "Diagnostic efficacy of TCM Syndrome standards" relating to Asthma in acute exacerbation of TCM-based standards are divided into cold and hot pant group of 20 cases of whooping group of 15 cases, and set up the control group (healthy volunteers) in 15 cases. Using nylon wool column extraction of T-lymphocytes; respectively, using Western blotting (also known as Western blot, Western blot antibody test is an important protein in one of the methods) to detect T lymphocytes PI3Kγprotein expression levels。Results:1)as compared with the control group(100.13±2.576),acute asthma exacerbation in patients with peripheral blood T lymphocytes in the PI3Kγprotein expression level significantly up-regulated with statistical significance; 2) Cold roar Group PI3K protein levels (147.65±5.280) compared with hot-pant group (124.27±5.828) higher, significant difference statistically significant P<0.05; 3) PI3K can be considered as an acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma, chills and fever Asthma dialectical objective indicators.
