Objective To observe blood will net injection of oxidative stress in patients on maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) and micro-inflammatory state indicators (MDA, SOD, CRP, IL-6, TNF-α) and nutritional indicators (ALB, PAB, TF) effects of oxidative stress in patients on maintenance hemodialysis and micro-inflammatory state intervention, seeking its significance in the prevention and treatment of of MHD patients oxidative stress and microinflammatory state, to improve the MHD patient survival and quality of life treatment basis. Stable maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into 76 cases of treatment of Group A 36 cases and 40 cases of treatment of Group B, a separate sex and healthy age-matched group of 18 patients. The patients were given high-quality low-protein diet, regular hemodialysis (3 times / week, every 4-4.5h, dialysis adequacy Kt / V ≥ 1.2) and given symptomatic treatment according to the patient's condition. Given at the end of each dialysis treatment Group B on the basis of conventional therapy Xuebijing injection 50mL join the 100ml saline infusion, three times a week. The total observation time of 12 weeks. Observed before and after observation detection of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), C-reactive protein (CRP), leukocyte interleukin -6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) albumin (ALB), albumin (PAB), transferrin protein (TF), hemoglobin (HGB) indicators change, simultaneous detection of potassium, phosphorus, calcium indicators, and SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis. Results maintenance hemodialysis patients plasma MDA, CRP, IL-6, TNF-α water were significantly higher than the healthy group (P lt; 0.05), SOD, ALB, PAB, TF significantly lower than the healthy group (P lt; 0.05 ); treatment of Group B in the observation of the end of MDA, CRP, IL-6, TNF-α levels significantly decreased SOD levels were significantly increased compared with observation and treatment Group A observed after the difference was statistically significant (P lt ; 0.05); treatment of Group B in the the end of the observation ALB, PAB, TF levels were higher, with observation and treatment Group A observed after comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); in this study treatment of Group A and Group B observed before and after the treatment P3, K, Ca2 compared the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05); treatment of Group B in the the end of the observation HGB level observed before the upward trend, the difference statistically significant (P lt; 0.05) throughout the observation process, the patient had no significant adverse reactions, liver function, electrocardiogram, no significant change. Conclusion blood will net injection can be improved to a certain extent in MHD patients, oxidative stress and micro-inflammatory state, to improve the nutritional status of patients, and fewer adverse reactions, and has a wide range of clinical application potential.
