Abstract


Acupotomology in the treatment of peripheral nerve entrapment disorders increasingly widespread clinical application , but a significant effect, has great prospects for development, knife treatment of femoral nerve entrapment syndrome is no exception. However, due to the femoral nerve entrapment syndrome acupuncture therapy clinic, there are few viable needle knife on safety aspects of the treatments anatomical pathways study and the corresponding standards in the treatments discussed , the paper femoral nerve anatomy structural features, acupuncture therapy through the line of different parts of the femoral nerve entrapment especially by the femoral nerve to wear out after a muscle or deep fascia at entrapment release pathways for the feasibility and safety of the relevant theoretical and experimental studies investigate . Further clarified the needle knife femoral nerve entrapment issues related to improving the clinical needle knife femoral nerve entrapment treatments pathway problems, and acupuncture therapy treatments femoral nerve entrapment establishment of standards provides sufficient scientific basis.
