Abstract


Meridian theory is the basis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine , it is a comprehensive study of the human body through the line of the meridian system distribution , physiological function , pathological changes of the organs of the relationship between a theory . Many researchers from various angles , in many ways the essence of meridian . This paper presents a new method of research meridian : low frequency magnetic stimulation of acupuncture points induced meridian Meridian Sensations , follow by the change of the temperature field by the infrared thermal imaging technology to observe magnetic stimulation of acupuncture points . Including the following aspects : the phenomenon based on the magnetic characteristics of the meridians and propagated sensation along meridian on human non-destructive , non-invasive , no direct contact with the body of a mixed - energized coil magnetic stimulation of the acupuncture points . Magnetic stimulation coil design , the use of the ANSYS Electromagnetic simulation and analysis software and theoretical derivation calculations combined magnetic field generated by the coil is calculated analysis of the focus of the magnetic field penetration depth and operability , in order to determine the parameters of the coil ; developed to ADuC845 microcontroller as the magnetic stimulation system control unit , the system output to multiple mode signal is used to drive the coil generates a magnetic field acting on the acupuncture points of the organism ; achieve the design requirements by measuring the magnetic field distribution . Designed animal experiments and clinical programs , the use of images of far infrared imaging temperature measurement method to directly detect the temperature of the rabbit and human back through the Du route , the variation of the temperature field in the study before and after stimulation . Multi - point calibration , single-point calibration , successive approximation , pseudo- color image processing methods to extract information of the geothermal field , visualization method of observation organisms meridian . The results of the animal experiments and human trials show that magnetic stimulation of acupuncture points can cause followed by temperature changes in the field , not only to prove the objective existence of the meridian points out a new direction of research , but also for the study of meridian essence .
