Abstract


Coronary disease is in the present world threatens the human life common cardiovascular disease, coronary disease angina pectoris is the coronary artery blood supply insufficiency, the clinical syndrome which the cardiac muscle sudden temporary ischemia and the oxygen deficit cause, is the Chinese medicine obstruction of Qi in chest category. The Chinese medicine thought that coronary disease angina pectoris is insufficient by the stagnation of flow of vital energy blood stasis result frame of mind, heart positive dispirited, the heart arteries are impeded, so that congeals coldly the stagnation of flow of vital energy, not general rule pain. If the condition manifests suddenly repeatedly, often the serious influence patient’s work and the quality of life, will threaten patient’s life.Goal: Discuss promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis medicine by ion import on CHD stable angina influence.Aimed at the clinical seek more convenient and more effective treatments.method: Screening 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 52 cases of 68 patients.The control group takes orally the ammonia acid radical to feel at ease 12.5mg, tid; The heart pain decides 10mg, tid; Aspirin 75mg, qd. The treatment group foundation medication with the control group, adds with the traditional Chinese medicine ion inducts, a qd,15d treatment course,observed result statistical method: Use statistics software spss16.0 nonparameter test, mann- whipney U-test.Results: The treatment group angina pectoris symptom and electrocardiogram improvement’s total effectiveness is 92.65% and 91.18%, the control group is 69.23and 61.54%. The treatment group surpasses the control group in the angina pectoris symptom and the electrocardiogram improvement.Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine ion inducts is coronary disease angina pectoris security, the effective method of treatment.
