Abstract


Objective: To understand the fertility level of the Corps, the outcome of pregnancy and abortion position of married women of childbearing age, sex ratio at birth, perinatal care and the one-child related policies for the health sector of the Corps. Methods: A stratified cluster, four-stage the probability proportional random sampling method, were taken a sample of the Corps division, two sample groups of 27, even 135 three samples, 9,350 residents per household to 15 - 49-year-old married women of childbearing age as this survey. Family as the basic unit, the form of a questionnaire face-to-face survey of households. Data using Epi-info software entry, were analyzed using SPSS 13.0 software. Results: 1. Investigated a total of 7,026 married women of childbearing age, divisional 1752, accounting for 24.94%, 5274 mission field, accounting for 75.06%; the live produce a history of infertility among married women in 6624, in which the division straight 1572, accounting for 23.73% mission field 5052, accounting for 73.27%. 2.2006, the total fertility rate was 1.19, the division straight and the mission field were 1.09 and 1.22, Han and ethnic minorities were 0.94 and 2.23. 3. Married women live an average of produce sterility 1.39 times, divisional and married childbearing age in the mission field On average, women live a sterile frequency of 0.99 times and 1.52 times, respectively (P lt; 0.01). 2006 Corps married women abortion rate of 34.39 per thousand, the sum of abortion was 1.79. 4. Accumulated sex ratio at birth for 107.83,2001-2006 105.59. 5. Accumulated prenatal care was 68.57%, straight division 89.76%, group field of 6,401% (P lt; 0.01), overall prenatal care was 85.77%; cumulative hospital delivery rate 62.66%, which divisional 90.74%, the mission field 56.61% 0.01 (P lt; ) in 2006, the overall hospital delivery rate of 78.66%; accumulated cesarean section rate was 11.27%, which divisional 28.59%, group field 7.54% (P lt; 0.01), the overall cesarean section rate was 39.33%; accumulated postpartum follow-up rate was 20.38%, which divisional 28.88%, the group field 18.55% (P lt; 0.01), the overall post-natal follow-up rate was 31.38%. Accumulated one-child certificate collection rate was 50.44%, divisional 76.58%, the mission field to 41.71% (P lt; 0.01); time to collect only begotten Son fee ratio of 69.40%, the one-child parents incentive awareness 68.77 %. Conclusion: In recent years, the Corps fertility levels stable, the overall level is low; married women of childbearing age high level of abortion; 3 basic sex ratio at birth in the normal range, has declined in recent years; 4. Married women of childbearing age maternal health services overall situation is better, but the lower the level of post-natal follow-up; 5. the child service level needs to be strengthened; 6. should be strengthened by the low level of education, engaged in agriculture, economic hardship, ethnic minority women perinatal care and knowledge of reproductive health education.
