Abstract

Purpose of this study, the quality of teaching management and teaching quality assessment based on the theory, combined with comprehensive human development theory and the country's education policy, some colleges and universities from home and abroad advanced health management teaching experience, clear health management undergraduate training objectives define health management professional quality of undergraduate teaching connotations. On this basis, through literature studies and expert advice and other methods, to build a health management professional undergraduate teaching quality evaluation system. Methods This study used the following methods: 1. Literature study: at home and abroad through periodical inspection database systems theory about teaching quality assessment literature for health management professional teaching quality assessment studies lay the theoretical foundation. (2) consulting experts: Invite 24 in health services management professional teaching management staff and teachers and other experts on the candidate indicators screening, and index weight assignment, and to define the reference standards. 3 on-site survey method: through the design matched with the index system site survey questionnaire, fill out college teaching management personnel basic survey, satisfaction with the quality of teaching students to fill out the questionnaire, teachers fill in teaching management satisfaction survey. 4 Personal interview: Interview in health services management through professional teaching management staff understanding of the professional disciplines, teaching division, teaching plan execution, etc.; through interviews teachers to understand the impact on the teaching quality of the main factors; through interviews with students to understand their degree of recognition of the profession as well as teaching attitude, teaching content and teaching methods of view. 5 Methods for Health Statistics: organize the information collected from the Institute for the quantitative data, using the SPSS15.0 software and data type based on the purpose of statistical analysis using appropriate methods of analysis, such as descriptive statistics, chi-square test and other statistical methods. Results 1 of this study from the values ??and ideological quality, knowledge structure, ability structure clear health management professional undergraduate training objectives. Values ??and ideas in terms of quality should be done: professional ethics; constantly improve themselves; pragmatic. In the knowledge structure to have: a comprehensive knowledge of management; basic medicine, clinical medicine and basic knowledge of preventive medicine; social surveys and information analysis of the basic method; humanities knowledge; familiar with China's relevant laws and regulations, policies and systems etc. . The ability of the structure to have: creative problem solving skills; rigorous analytical reasoning ability; comprehensive ability of the problem; social skills; solidarity and ability to cooperate; leadership; Journal of Computer Applications, document writing skills; comprehensive analysis and scientific decision-making according to administrative and organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and so on. (2) In this study, from basic dimensions of quality, process quality and outcome quality dimensions Dimensions Health Management defines the quality of undergraduate teaching content, and build a health management professional undergraduate teaching quality assessment framework. Quality is the basic measure of the profession have the quality and quantity of various resources and coordination situation. Quality is defined as the process of teaching on the basis of inputs, through teaching activities, teaching arising directly the quantity and quality of services. Quality of results mainly refers to health management professional teaching goal of completion of the students' knowledge and ability and degree of influence. 3 In this study, Delphi method for expert advice, determine the levels of index, weight and grading connotation, construction, including three-level indicators were based on quality, process quality, quality of results, 10 secondary indicators, namely teacher team, teaching conditions, teaching management, management and operation, teaching practice, domestic academic exchanges, student quality, satisfaction (students, teachers), teaching reform achievements, social assessment, 41 three indicators of health management undergraduate teaching quality assessment indicators. 4 According to the general principles of educational measurement, in order to institute self-assessment approach, applying indicators for selected Academy Health Management Undergraduate Teaching Quality Evaluation System verification results show that health management professional undergraduate teaching quality evaluation index scientific system has a high reliability.
