Cancer is a major disease hazard to human health , a long time , morbidity and mortality rates remain high , Jiangsu Province of China are the high incidence of malignancy provinces , the mortality rate was significantly higher than the national average. Cancer Prevention , Jiangsu Province, the current situation is not optimistic , explore effective comprehensive cancer control model to reduce cancer incidence and mortality, reduce health care costs and improving people's health , become cancer prevention focus .
