The medical status quo of community health services and residents in Zhejiang Province, the main form of public hospitals in Zhejiang Province to support community health services and signed a long-term cooperation agreement, personnel training, operational guidance, health education helping specific support measures and the key issues in the current public hospitals in our province to support community health services. Conclusion government is an integral part of the driving force in support of community health services in public hospitals; public hospitals should bear the social responsibility of the personnel training, health education, and two-way referral; must be established in support of community health services in public hospitals to support community health long-term mechanism of service, such as the establishment of three linkage mechanism of the government, public hospitals, community health service agencies, medical and health services, the price of commonly used drugs, Medicare three reforms linkage, the establishment of general practitioners, clinical training, the Trinity community health of communities of practice training model; strengthen government supervision and appraisal support urban and rural community health services, establish and improve the supervision and assessment methods.
