Abstract


With the continuous development of China's socialist market economy and the deepening of China 's health care reform , the hospital's internal and external environment has undergone a fundamental change , focus on the government 's health spending from personal health services field of medical services to the Centers for Disease Control , Health Supervision the field of public health services into the funds of the state health institutions is decreasing . Modern hospital management gradually converted to the enterprise management by the management of institutions . This conversion process , medical management in the prevention and control of financial risks is becoming more and more important , and penetrate to the hospital in various fields directly related to all aspects of hospital survival and development . Therefore , to strengthen the prevention and control of hospital financial risk and improve the hospital risk prevention mechanism to improve the hospital in the new market environment, competitiveness and economic efficiency , has become an element of the financial management of the modern hospital . In this paper, the risk of hospital financial study , summarized analysis of hospital financial management situation and existing problems , trying to comprehensive and systematic summary of the reasons for financial risk , and combined with the guidance of China 's medical reform ideas , hospital managers a clear understanding of the current the status quo on the hospital use of funds , on the other hand , trying to identify practical means to reduce hospital operating funding dried up due to financial risk .
