Abstract


Objective: This study co-word analysis of the concept of \Through a comparative analysis of hospital performance evaluation of the status quo at home and abroad and non-profit organizations to assess, follow the idea of ??health system performance evaluation, theoretical research path to build our public hospitals organizational performance evaluation. Explore public hospitals organizational performance meaning the revelation of the performance evaluation. Provide a theoretical basis to better carry out performance evaluation and improvement. METHODS: public administration, policy analysis theory, sociology, theory and methods, organizational performance in public hospitals or performance evaluation theory and analyzed the current situation. The main methods include: (1) word frequency analysis; (2) co-word analysis; (3) Health Statistics; (4) brainstorming method. Results: (1) performance is a more abstract concept, the boundary is relatively broad neutral words. Performance connotation including sociology, economics and management science three dimensions and 40 conceptual elements. (2) public hospitals organizational performance is defined as: hospital under the conditions of existing resources, actively fulfill their social responsibilities and the basic functions of the process, on the basis of internal management and external effects of stress, the maximum output. It includes social, economic and management efficiency and effectiveness. (3) The definition of the content and scope of public hospital performance should follow the logical order of the hospital: Resources → Activities → → output results. Resources for the consumption of resources required for its activities; activity refers to the functioning of public hospitals and hospital management activities; output all output produced by the hospital activities and services; and the result is output the impact on public health, to accept the improvement of the health status of the treatment. (4) Organizational Performance evaluation of the theory of China's public hospitals path consists of 5 basic aspects of evaluation objectives, content, methods, indicators and standards as well as performance evaluation report. Performance evaluation mainly includes social, economic and management efficiency to be able to reflect the full range of the hospital's overall working conditions. (5) China's public hospitals organizational performance connotation of performance evaluation revelation: Judging from the value-oriented, public hospitals should be \hospital performance should include economic, social and management efficiency and performance; Judging from the evaluation of the main public hospital performance evaluation body should be diversified; Judging from the evaluation method used more often in the public hospital performance evaluation for Balanced Scorecard method. Discussions and recommendations: (1) a clear social responsibility in public hospitals, to strengthen the hospital social benefits assessment; (2) a correct understanding of the connotation and the dialectical relationship between economic and social benefits; (3) the establishment of hospital performance evaluation system, and improve the performance evaluation system; (4) focus on performance evaluation feedback, comprehensive construction of to promote hospital performance management; (5) to strengthen the construction of public hospitals connotation, the progressive realization of the \
