Abstract


Reform of urban health service system, the development of community health services, establish a set of prevention, health care, health care, rehabilitation, health education and family planning technical service \The inevitable trend of the development. Complement each other to build a community health service network system must have a high quality information systems, information systems and business process optimization. Leave the optimization of business processes, the construction of information systems can not realize, leaving the support of information systems, business process optimization success difficult. Objective: According to the specific circumstances of the work of community health services in Wuhan creation, deletion and optimize community health service information systems business function modules, and further restructuring of business processes of community health service information system to improve community health service information systems business functions, improve the efficiency of the work of community health workers. Content: ① paper discusses the theoretical basis related to the topic, including the theory of community health service management and business process reengineering. ② stratified cluster sampling and interviews carried out a detailed survey to find out the problems and bottlenecks in the system processes the status of community health service information systems in Wuhan. ③ Wuhan community health service information systems, systems analysis, optimization and process reengineering using IDEF0 function modeling method of system functions and business analysis, given a series of systems analysis description, such as business process diagrams and data flow diagrams. Methods: A cluster sampling method conducted a sample survey of 94 community service center in Wuhan City, 362 community health service stations, the object of the investigation is the staff of the community service centers and community health service stations, the survey of the contents of the current community health service information system business functions satisfaction. Through investigation to identify the the low satisfaction functional module, the functional and operational optimization. Conclusion: ① Analysis: imperfect information service function of the existing community health service information system on research, referral management functions to implement difficult and slow follow-up of the disease control work needed to be strengthened; ② restructuring plan: community health services in the original on the basis of the information systems business function modules to retain the feature set of the application evaluation, based on the actual work needed to optimize the health file information services function, referral management and chronic disease follow-up control function, community health services to better meet the six bit one needs; ③ effect evaluation: Wuhan community health service information system feature set and reasonable operating specifications of the business processes, concise, and improve the efficiency of community workers work, receive a better evaluation of the user.
