Abstract


China’s energy strategy is to protect the overall goal of energy security, protect the ecological environment, improve energy efficiency, building with Chinese characteristics, security, economic, efficient and green modern energy system in order to support the scientific development of energy in the middle of this century China’s modernization.Gansu Jiuquan wind power has many advantages, such as policy support advantages of a good wind climate and wind farm construction conditions are good, natural advantages, the rapid development of wind power advantages of supporting industries.
