Abstract


Examination for students is inevitable, and often give the candidates a certain pressure, and sometimes even cause stress. College entrance examination, due to its significant benefit to the results of the exam will candidates have a significant impact, it has always been the focus of attention of the community. With the increasingly fierce competition, the pressure caused by the entrance examination for high school seniors is growing, largely affected the development of their health. Therefore, mental health and counseling before the entrance of the high school seniors have been gradually paying attention. Recent years, although the endless pressure of high school seniors, but due to various reasons, existing research was restricted to the Survey, most studies due to the time of the investigation is far from the entrance time and can not be objectively the reaction high school students in the test before the state of mind. The same time, foreign countries have a large number of studies have shown that psychological factors will affect to some extent, students' test scores to play, especially in test anxiety. Domestic college entrance examination as the background of similar studies, can not be before the entrance counseling provide a theoretical basis. Therefore, this study by a key high school high school seniors college entrance examination one month before the survey related to psychological factors, and the last two analog test scores in the college entrance examination for correlation and regression analysis to explore high school seniors exam anxiety state and influencing factors, and psychological factors affect their test scores. The study is divided into three parts, the first through the month before the entrance of the investigation of a key high school high school seniors state of anxiety and psychological resilience factors, including general self-efficacy, perceived social support, coping style and trait anxiety, specifically in the period high school seniors psychological characteristics, and gender differences; the second part of the related research and regression analysis, analysis of psychological resilience factors that affect boys and girls state of anxiety; third part through the correlation analysis, to investigate the effect psychological factors of the test scores of boys and girls. Through research, mainly to the following conclusions: (1) high school seniors in the month before the entrance is on the whole more obvious anxiety state, but the state of anxiety and mental flexibility there is a big difference between the score of the factors; (2 ) Middle School boys and girls is not much difference in the psychological resilience factors, but the girls state anxiety was significantly higher than boys, gender characteristics of its impact, indicating that the state of anxiety for gender test anxiety and its influencing factors study, should be treated differently. (3) the impact of high school boys and girls state anxiety psychological resilience factors are the most important trait anxiety to solve problems and help coping style can also have an effect, but for boys, while for girls, the main way to deal with to solve problems, self-blame, and perceived social support, psychological counseling should be on the front of the college entrance examination for different gender and different emphases; (4) the impact of psychological factors on test scores for boys, less obvious, but girls vulnerable to test anxiety the impact of anxiety, the worse the test scores. In short, the exam for high school seniors counseling should also focus on personality and coping style, and with its own actual reasonable education, can alleviate the anxiety state, will be a positive impact on their test scores.
