Abstract


Based on the development of financial economics and uncertainty economics, this thesis discusses the theory, technology and application of modern financial investment (MFI), which now becomes the main allocative fashion of financial resources.According to the content, the thesis consists of three chapters.The first chapter investigates into the origin of financial investment and the development of MFI theory. Though stemmed from monetary economy theory ,MFI theory differ from it with different assumptions. Taking the uncertainty assumption as the prerequisite ,MFI theory explains the behavior of investors and studies the equilibrium pricing of financial market. The core content of MFI theory is the Markowitz market portfolio theory .The second chapter concentrates on the core technical problems of financial investment decision— the valuation model of financial assets and the risk measurement & aversion of financial investment, and financial engineering serve as technical guarantee of financial investment.The third chapter shows how to put the theory and technology of MFI into Chinese practice. The following three scenarios are considered: (1) the application of financial engineering in modern market economy and analysis of investment bank; (2)the continual development of finance Which is a new academic subject; (3) the configuration of MFI with Chinese character.
