Abstract


In this study, self-determination theory of the basic psychological needs theory , be more fully explored from different research orientation of happiness ( subjective well-being and psychological well-being ) and horizontal level ( the level of characteristic and day - to - day level ) , high school students the basic psychological needs satisfaction and happiness . A questionnaire to 748 high school students from the characteristic level of high school students the basic psychological needs satisfaction and subjective well-being and psychological well-being of the relationship . The investigation by the subjects : relationship requires competent needs autonomy satisfaction and subjective well-being and psychological well-being , there was a significant positive correlation . Multiple regression analysis confirmed : three basic psychological needs met on the psychological well-being and sense of happiness factors have varying degrees of reliable predictive power . With a high sense of happiness is a basic psychological need to meet a high degree of individual . Competence needs, relationship needs , independent student needs are not met , is also low relative happiness . Research with a diary survey , 51 follow-up investigation of 12 consecutive days , from the day-to-day level , of the basic psychological needs of high school students experience in the behavior and activities of the day to meet with happiness daily indicators: the relationship between positive emotions , negative emotions, vitality, physical symptoms . Studies have shown that the : individual day experience of the basic psychological need to meet the day positive mood and vitality , there was a significant positive correlation with negative emotions and symptoms of the presence of a significant negative correlation .
