Abstract


In this thesis, the requirements of the market economy , describing the challenges facing businesses ; mileage from enterprise management and development , business process reengineering discusses the origins and meaning . Secondly, this paper studied a large number of domestic and foreign enterprises in the implementation of business process reengineering based on the case presented in the enterprise for recycling , you need a systematic theoretical framework for business process reengineering , including : a series of guiding principles ; Business Process Reengineering process ; series of methods and tools. In this framework , under the guidance process reengineering in order to successfully complete. Business Process Reengineering BPR framework to promote the practical application of the theory to the transition , an increase of process reengineering operability. Finally, the specific application of business process reengineering framework to Zhuzhou Gear Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the research process reengineering , and achieved the desired results.
