Abstract


As a sunrise industry, Cultural industry has been playing an increasingly important role in the development of world economy, and it has become a worldwide trend. In many developed countries, Cultural industry not only exceeds traditional industry in the growth rate, but also has become the country’s pillar industry in the scale of industrial development. According to the unique "counter-cyclical" character in cultural industry, the demand for cultural consumption will continue to increase despite the economic downturn.Therefore, the cultural industry has a broad development space. Our country pays much attention to the development of cultural industry, and developed a series of cultural development policies. So, speeding up the development of Chinese cultural industry is the specific and must factor for the prosperity and development of socialist culture.Development of cultural industry is an important criterion in measuring a city’s comprehensive strength and core competitiveness. In recent years, the development of cultural industry in Tianjin has been playing a very outstanding performance, and the performance market as an important part of the cultural industry has never been more active. As a folk art town of Tianjin, since the restoring of "crosstalk Assembly" in 1998, and after years of waning, the traditional art of crosstalk has been finally ushered in the spring. However, due to the deficiencies in crosstalk performance of Tianjin in market management, marketing and brand building, the development of the performance market in Tianjin crosstalk has been limited.In this paper, the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical study are combined. Firstly, classics of Marxism theory and art production of China’s cultural industry policy were outlined; secondly, the investigations were carried out on the teahouse in Tianjin, the status of crosstalk development and the mode of management; thirdly, in-depth analysis was made on the plight of crosstalk market development and trends; at last, a few suggestions were summarized for the development of crosstalk performance in Tianjin.
