Abstract


After the changing time, the image of water is becoming variety styles. The water and mud combination-the china witness the history of different Chinese culture. The mainly form of displays are pots jars and bowls, they have important statues as the main vessel of Chinese ceramics in the traditional ceramics.Therefore, the image of water is becoming the entry point of this dissertation, and we study the ceramics vessel to show that relationship between the water and vessel.First of all, through analysis the image of water with psychological, I try to find the history root of water and Chinese culture, from the primitive art of china and ancient art of water vessel, we discuss the relationship of philosophy of visual composition of water and ceramic container. On one side I expect to know the culture behind the art, improved the traditional water container structure by the new idea. On the other side, I will show the feature of water which ancient could not find, then get the new idea to breakthrough the traditional shape of water container. At last, I will propose my opinion about water container designing.Study water container can rich the design language, it becomes a sample to support the thesis“which the beauty of things inspire people as a life ,it must make themselves to be a sort of logical form which like the basic form of life.”
