Abstract


The series resin (PPESK) , containing phthalazinone structure polyarylether is a high-performance special engineering plastics , high temperature, high strength , high insulation , corrosion resistance, etc. , relatively inexpensive application prospects . But such resin melt viscosity is high , largely limited its use . This paper PPES / PPS blend alloys were prepared by melt blending method , making it melt fluidity is improved , and on this basis, with a bisphenol A type , polysulfone (PSF) , a toughening successfully integrated performance of PPES / PPS / PSF the ternary blends alloy , the thermal properties of the blends , crystalline properties, mechanical properties , phase morphology . This article still blends and alloys based on glass fibers and carbon fibers , melt blending method successfully prepared chopped fiber reinforced self-lubricating high-performance resin-based composite materials , focus on the length of the chopped fiber composites orientation distribution , and the interfacial properties of the composite materials , mechanical properties , thermal properties , friction and wear properties , the glass fibers added to the material's properties, especially the mechanical strength and heat resistance has been significantly improved , the adding of the carbon fiber is not only the comprehensive performance of the material be significantly improved, and the material having excellent antifriction self-lubricating properties .
