Abstract


Today’s science shows its big science character. To solve some problem the human being faces we have made many big science projects. These projects have great scale and exceed single research group’s ability. There are often lots of partners involved and international cooperation needed. Big science innovation activities have the same character as the project and the project’s management means can be applied. The big science’s character determines its organization style should be a multiple one of project and the organization should be flexible. There are a lot of partners in big science innovation. These partners are often colleges or some research institutes. Outstanding scientists play an important role in big science innovation and they even indispensable. They work through the innovation activities. The study on big science innovation helps our country work well in such activities and improves our country’s innovating ability in S&T. It also has a comparative sense to us in organizing some less scale science researches.
