Abstract


Bank card business in China has a huge potential for development, but compared with foreign Banks, management idea and operation mode are there is a big gap. To meet the challenge of foreign Banks and business competition, this paper USES the comparative analysis of Chinese Banks and foreign Banks bank card business advantages and disadvantages and the development opportunity and the threat of current situation of the development of bank card business of our country and carried on the thorough analysis of the reason for the poor, by combining with work practice, absorb the domestic peers some corporate and professional study, is proposed to set up a new scientific development concept, risk concept, we will accelerate reform of the bank's corporate, intensive management, the establishment of a new combination and competition order, strengthening consumer credit function and establish a new science and technology development and a series of countermeasures. He handle card in this paper, the corporate, intensification and the combination of key development and joint development, credit card and debit card of product positioning and effective combination of benefits and risks than the best point of research and development have made the new exploration business card, etc, for the reform and development of China's bank card business and improve the international competitiveness has the reality significance.
