Abstract


Years of teaching practice shows that student learning is a complex psychological activities, its effect is not only influenced by the intellectual, but also by non-intellectual factors. A long time, schools and families too much emphasis on the selection of features and tools value of education, emphasis on the pursuit of learning outcomes while ignoring the feelings of students' learning, especially in studies baton driven various competition increasingly fierce, coupled with excessive external the widespread use of the stimulus incentives, caused mostly students to become \non-intellectual factors of the development of the students even more urgent to reverse the current lack of education status quo. In many non-intelligence factors, learning motivation and learning self-efficacy research on student learning behavior and achievement is particularly prominent. From an empirical point of view, the experiment strengthen strategies through junior high school students learning motivation construct a balanced set of layered design experimental model, found the motivation to strengthen the implementation of the strategy to improve the junior high school students to learn self-efficacy. As experimental studies to junior high school sophomore, strengthen self-build motivation strategies as independent variables, students learn self-efficacy (sense of control efforts sense, the ability to sense) as the dependent variable, through a period of two months The experimental results show that: 1. Motivation to strengthen the implementation of the strategy, can improve student learning self-efficacy, and can effectively improve student achievement. 2. Motivation to strengthen the implementation of the strategy to produce different effects of different grades group of junior high school students to learn self-efficacy. The overall trend: high scores group of junior high school students learning self-efficacy has little effect on group of junior high school students on the middle grades is more significant, very significant group of junior high school students on the middle and lower scores. 3. Motivation to strengthen the implementation of the strategy of self-efficacy affect the outcome of the different level of motivation of the students in learning. The overall trend: high motivation group of junior high school students did not change significantly, moderate learning the the motive group of junior high school students showed greater volatility, low motivation group of junior high school students the most significant changes.
