In recent years, second language writing performance assessment to become one of the hot topics. The overall assessment method refers to the scoring quickly read through the essay, based on specific rating scale score. Analysis and evaluation rules are rated according to the scoring rules to different projects were shot scores. The purpose of this study predict theoretical model of second language writing in the form of second language writing performance. 243 subjects in each of the three institutions of higher learning English in Hebei Province Professional Grade 3 students writing assignments for the proposition limit essay. 6 raters were divided into two groups, The 3 raters TEM4 evaluation indicators integrity rating, the other three raters analytical score, writing pertinent argument clarity, Coherence reasoning thorough (text Akiyoshido, 2007), fluency, accuracy and complexity (Wolfe-Quintero et al, 1998; Liang Maocheng, 2005) 7 index score. After the end of the score, this article by SPSS (16.0) for data analysis, AMOS (7.0) as a tool, based on the literature theory and underlying assumptions, OK writing score for the endogenous latent variables, the forms of writing as exogenous latent variables, fluency, accuracy and complexity of the observed variables, build and validate forms of writing writing score predict structural equation modeling. In this study, and expect to resolve in the second language writing assessment, forms of writing and writing performance related how; three indicators that reflect the forms of writing fluency, accuracy and complexity of whether a certain extent, predict writing performance; through interviews The form of the high group and low group were fluency, accuracy and complexity of understanding the influence and predict writing performance. Data analysis, and the trial interviews, this study has three main findings. First, the form of writing can be predicted Second Language Writing scores 47.61% of the variance. Second, between fluency, accuracy and complexity, and writing scores were positively correlated. Strong predictive power, complexity and fluent second language writing performance and accuracy for the weak predictive power of writing performance. Third, different results directly affect the second language learners fluency, accuracy and understanding of the complexity of writing performance. This study could help to improve the assessment methods of Second Language Writing, fluency, accuracy and complexity Grading Scoring method can provide a variety of aspects of the effective feedback on student writing, with strong teaching and enlightening.
