Abstract


Entropy production is a basic state function of the thermodynamic system , the concept is extended to many other fields, outside the thermodynamic become an important scientific concepts of modern science in the thermodynamic theory , quantum theory , information theory , systems theory, life science , cosmology , etc. plays an important role . Entropy production is a system of irreversible processes ( such as thermal conductivity , diffusion , chemical reactions , etc.) caused by an increase in entropy . This article introduced the concept of entropy production sheet metal forming process analysis . The basic laws of thermodynamics and mechanical equations of plate forming a mathematical model of the thermodynamic system . Plate forming system is divided into two thermodynamic subsystem , subsystem plastic deformation and rigid body subsystem , sheet system is defined as the plastic deformation of the subsystem , the mold system is defined as a rigid body subsystem . The derivation of the second law of thermodynamics plate forming the thermodynamic entropy of the system equation , prepared plate forming process entropy production MARC interface subroutine , and the typical pull deep drawing process resulting from entropy analysis , to get entropy production in non - wrinkling , wrinkled area , local thinning and partial rupture zone with time curve . Comparative Analysis of entropy production curve , the following conclusions : First, the entropy production value forming process by analyzing the board size and curve trend , you can determine whether the area will occur wrinkling ; Second, the depth of drawing the same when the cylindrical part and a rectangular box in the wrinkled area entropy change curve shape . The shape of the curve in the non - wrinkling District entropy generated similar ; rupture area and thinning entropy production changes as compared to the other regions is more complex and more difficult to judge the trend .
