Abstract

By agarose gel electrophoresis , fluorescence spectroscopy , DNA melting temperature curve , cell inhibition test method of the new 8 - oxo -8H - acenaphthylene and [ 1,2 - b ] pyrrol -9 - the nitriles DNA targeting molecules A1 -A5 interaction with DNA , and antitumor activity. The results showed that compound A1 alkylamino substituted by electrostatic attraction , embedded in two ways with the DNA role , and under the excitation of the long-wavelength light ( lambda gt ; 400 ) to generate singlet oxygen cutting for single-stranded M13 mp18 annular DNA minimum . the role of concentration of 50μM . The original mercury ion the fluorescence the molecular probe HPNP and EPNP in further development applied to the field of cell biology, medicine and botany . The combination of confocal laser scanning electron microscope , in mammalian cells and plant cells , the first time in the μM level , high selectivity , quantitative , visual research mercury ions in single living cells . Acute low concentrations of mercury stress , renal tubular epithelial cells in Hg ^{2 is mainly distributed in the cell nucleus and nuclear envelope ; in turn the Merb gene tobacco cells , the Hg ^{2 mainly enriched in the chloroplast . Comparison of the biological results obtained through the approximation of the two structures probe is also drawn to the relationship of the compound properties and behavior of biological systems : HPNP strong water-soluble so that it is more suitable to be reflected in the time the Hg ^{2 < / sup> cells process ; EPNP , due to the the appropriate amphiphilic , with low background , clear imaging , Hg ^{2 space more suitable for the study of cell distribution .
