Protect the environment and save energy, has become a global hot issues. How to use a large number of low temperature waste heat for industrial processes more and more attention has been paid. Heat pump as a low temperature heat source of energy-saving devices for waste heat recovery and increase the significance of energy efficiency is becoming increasingly important. In this paper, Dalian 3 North Sea Thermal Power Plant, steam turbine in the production process, through the circulating water discharge of the actual situation of a large number of low temperature waste heat, low temperature waste heat recovery and recycling of water discharged of using water source heat pump air conditioning system, to achieve office building cooling heating plant. Pointed out the necessity of the development of refrigerant thermodynamic properties calculation software, the calculated refrigerant thermodynamic properties of the three types of methods: Chart law, equation of state law and the polynomial function fitting. Developed chiller / heat pump cycle analysis software, can be achieved using 12 different working fluid single-stage vapor compression chiller / heat pump system thermodynamic cycle analysis. Summing up outside the experience and results of the use of heat pump technology based on the actual production according to the thermal power plant, study the feasibility of the factory office building heating and air conditioning heat pump system, power plant circulating water as the heat source, water source heat pump system design. Respectively integrated efficiency optimization and the hot economic optimization of two methods of water source heat pump air-conditioning system were optimized to further improve the performance of water source heat pump system. Rely on the temperature difference between the analysis of the main components of the system parameters were optimized calculation in accordance with the best principles of the cooling and heating of two thermodynamic efficiency of the typical operating conditions, the lowest total cost; annual output load and the system unit optimization objectives, the water source heat pump system has been optimized for the thermal economy. Through the analysis, given the different optimization target system optimization directions. In order to more fully analyze the economy of the water source heat pump air conditioning system, several forms of energy use for the Dalian region is used more often, select the initial investment, operating costs and other important aspects of the evaluation object, the water source heat pump air conditioning system technology with economic comparison. The results show that the thermal power plant water source heat pump system is the best solution. Water source heat pump system for heating power plant office running costs were calculated and compared, the results show that the heating of water source heat pump system compared with the original annual cost savings 260,000 yuan. Visible thermal power plant water source heat pump system can reduce the initial investment cost, energy efficient operation system, air conditioning is the best way. Further demonstrate the importance of low-grade energy utilization system.
