Since 2001, the university began in bilingual teaching reform, both to promote the internationalization of higher education initiatives , but also a product of the internationalization of higher education . However , has yet to standardize its management , its adapting international teaching management model has not yet formed . Its management or convergence in the mother tongue as the medium of teaching management mode, either just to teaching and research project management in the form of temporary response . This teaching management mode can not communicate with international standards, has restricted the development of bilingual education , hindering the process of internationalization of higher education . Therefore, we must strive to promote bilingual education management standardization and internationalization, starting with the international standards to create teaching management mode. Research mainly from the internationalization of higher education colleges and universities to meet the bilingual teaching background cut , using literature data , surveys , case studies and comparative research, explained the meaning of internationalization of higher education , models and features , the use of bilingual education theory , cross-cultural management theory and people management theory, the concept of bilingual teaching management model , features and its relationship internationalization of higher education , for the internationalization of higher education and bilingual teaching on teaching management of the new requirements on China universities ( in Jinan University, for example ) bilingual teaching management status of the investigation , analysis and reasoning to identify the impact of the seven bilingual teaching management problem, and then propose an input from Colin Baker - output - environment - process bilingual education model starting , combined with cross-cultural teaching management model the characteristics of the bilingual teaching management system is divided into input systems, process systems, output systems, control systems and support systems , and several interacting subsystems , in order to build a new management model of bilingual education , and finally from the perspective of internationalization of higher education , from teaching philosophy, language environment, training objectives, people management, curriculum, teaching resources , management and evaluation system and other aspects of the eight international strategy .
