Abstract


Quality information to support concurrent design model for parallel design decisions to provide a full range of quality information support to fully consider the various factors affecting the quality of products as much as possible in the early stages of the design , to improve product design quality and reduce the cost of product development , shorten the development cycle and improve design efficiency , and strive to design a successful . The quality of information is one of the important information to support concurrent design , research support concurrent design quality information is to establish the product design and decision-making related to the quality of information models with information to support conceptual design , preliminary design , detailed design , process design and the trial production of the entire product design process in parallel . The paper first analyzes the characteristics of the general process of product design and concurrent design process , parallel design divided into six stages , divided the design stage , designers and design team collaboration relationship continuum concurrent design of the round - table model . Then , according to the characteristics of quality support information from the various departments of the enterprise , from the organization , assets , product life cycle , human resources , and cost five angles studied the role of enterprise quality information ; from the product life cycle , business equipment , Staff , and outside the enterprise environment in four areas of enterprise quality information . Analysis of the quality of information collected on this basis , the quality of information types of parts , the four ways of the regeneration of the information , the ISO 9000 quality management standards and internal and external sources of information classified , summarized the process flow of quality information . Introducing Quality Agent quality support information management , quality information management to support the concurrent design of multi - agent systems ( MAS ) , Agent of the species in the MAS and organizational structure , the design quality of decision support information storage mechanism . Finally, the quality of support information and concurrent design tool integration mode analysis Agent 's function of the quality of their work in feature-based modeling system mode .
