Abstract


The fierce market competition, companies increasingly focus on strategic management, increasingly focusing on cultivating core competitiveness . Competitive advantage from the core competitiveness , according to Porter's theory of competitive strategy , competitive advantage and from the cost advantage. Therefore, enterprises should survive and develop , we must strengthen cost management. This paper tries to systems engineering from the perspective of strategic cost management as a corporate survival and development of an important part of a more comprehensive analysis and research, the main work is as follows : 1. Discusses the background of strategic cost management , strategic cost management analysis meaning , objects, features , scope and meaning. (2) in accordance with the study entry point of strategic cost management into two categories: one category is the operating cost management thinking applied to business strategy management ; another to operating cost management , based on the work to a strategic height and of the value chain analysis , SWOT analysis, cost driver analysis and benchmarking method has been studied and analyzed in detail examples are given . 3 From the strategic cost management support systems and strategic cost management comprehensively promote discusses two aspects of the practical application of strategic cost management problem, and calculated according to the specific case , the author's insights made ??4 the theory and application of the above method, a specific case in which a relatively systematic , in-depth analysis , and put forward some concrete proposals .
