Abstract


In recent years, the important position and role in the national economic and social development of SMEs in China, widely recognized by the community, the financing problem, however, as the key factor restricting the development was a serious impediment to the further development of SMEs. For this common problem, Liaoning Province, is no exception, along with the state-owned economy from the exit of certain areas of, and multinationals massive arrives, resolve the financing problems of SMEs in our province, the revitalization of small and medium enterprises in our province has become the province today and beyond one is related to the overall situation. This article to learn advanced theories and methods on the basis of detailed analysis of of Liaoning Province financing environment, and propose appropriate countermeasures to solve the financing problem of small and medium enterprises in Liaoning Province, to promote the development of small and medium enterprises in Liaoning Province for the purpose. This article discusses the financing problems of small and medium enterprises in Liaoning Province is divided into four parts. The first, the second part describes the characteristics of the concept and the financing of small and medium enterprises, the status of the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises in Liaoning Province, and the financing process, pointed out that to solve the problem of financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises in Liaoning Province lies in three aspects: as the main small and medium enterprises in Liaoning Province; banks in Liaoning Province as an intermediate object and Liaoning Province, the overall financing environment. Third part of from SMEs themselves Liaoning Province, banks and financing environment in three aspects, first find out the problem of the parties restricting financing of SMEs, followed by specific analysis of the reasons both practical and theoretical aspects. Part IV, respectively, from the small and medium enterprises in Liaoning Province, Liaoning Province Bank, the establishment of a credit system in Liaoning Province, and propose specific measures and recommendations to improve the financial environment and the establishment of a government-led support and service system in Liaoning Province. The innovation of this paper is to abandon writing ideas and models. The research financing channels for SMEs, many methods, problems of theory and articles, but mostly from the point of view of the normative economics, practicality is not strong, the basic idea is to first introduce the financing difficulties of SMEs, and then put forward should be to expand the financing channels, and put forward a series of direct and indirect financing, and rarely consider these financing in the SME financing environment in which the feasibility and problem-solving practical significance. This article solve the actual problem of the financing of small and medium enterprises in Liaoning Province from the start, how to build a good financing environment on the basis of analysis and research on the the Liaoning Province financing environment as the primary problem, and on this basis
