Abstract


With the development of China's economy , China is an increasingly important position in the world economy . In this context , China 's capital account opening will be an inevitable trend , which is not only the needs of China's own development , but also the needs of the world . 1996 China's current open and accession to the World Trade Organization in 2001 has accelerated this process . But the opening up of the capital account benefits to a country at the same time also have a greater risk . Of how to implement the capital account liberalization theorists concern . This article as a starting point the basic theory of the financial focus of a comparative analysis of the practice of other countries, capital account liberalization , come to experience , to provide a reference for China's capital account liberalization . This article first defines the definition of capital account . The analysis and comparison of the more influential definitions , and come to their own view agreed . Then put forward the theoretical basis of the opening of the capital account .
